You have a good grasp on the song, however, your structure is wrong. First off, the original by David Crowder is in Capo 3. Second, the verse chords are:

G (320033) D/F# (200033)
From wherever spring arrives
Em7 (022033) Cadd9 (X32033)
To heal the ground.

Pre-Chorus is D/F# to Cadd9 per line.

Chorus follows verse but in full strum.

Sorry, messed up one part. The bridge is the same as the chorus.
