Dude, you are in two complete different keys here... It sounds awful when you bring both parts in. You have the main riff in B and the verses in G fix the verse chords and it will be right.

This is wrong. You have the acoustic part in the wrong key. It sounds awful when the electric comes in because it is playing in B which is the right key and the acoustic is playing in G which is the wrong key. If you fix the acoustic and bring it up 4 steps then you will be good to go!
