Not bad. Some of your chords are mislabeled though. The Cm7 is actually a Cadd9 and the Dm is actually a Dsus4. I'm not sure what the real name of your Am7 is, but it's not Am7.

its not bad. i can play it and it sounds good. you need to hear the acoustic version to appreciate it though. its much slower.
