Tuning: Half step down (although not 100% necessary, the AbMaj7 chords play 
better if it is)

Now, when this is played with a piano, like in the acoustic version, its 
completely different. 
The AbMaj7 is held out mostly with a little variation.
But the below assumes youre just playing the actual rhythym on guitar.

I have listed some timing. When using it, there are no pauses, 
just count even and steady with no pauses 
1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4... etc.
