----------------------------------------------------------------------

Intro: C - G

Verse 1:
C G
Had a dream, you and me and the war at the end times
C G
And I believe California succumbed to the fault line
          G F
We heaved relief as scores of innocents die

Chorus 1:
F C F C
And the Andalusian tribe, setting the lay of Nebraska alight
               G F
Until all that remains is the arms of the angels

Verse 2: [use verse 1 chords]
Petty green, queen of supply-side bonhomie bone-drab, you know what I mean
On the road, its well advised to follow your own bed
In the year of the chewable Ambien tab

Chorus 2:
F C F C
And the Panamanian child, stands at the Dowager Empresses side
               G F
Until all that remains is the arms of the angels
C G F
'til all that remains is the arms of the angels
   C F C F
Ah-hooo, ah-hooo girl, ah-hooo, ah-hoooo girl

Bridge:
Dm G Dm G
You've receded in to loam, and their picking at your bones
      F C G
We'll call home, we'll come home

Verse 3: [use verse 1 chords]
Quiet now, will we gather to conger the rain down?
Will we now build a civilization below ground? And I'll be crowned
The community kicked it around

Chorus 3: [use chorus 2 chords]
And the Andalusian tribe, setting the lay of Nebraska alight
Until all that remains is the arms of the angels
'til all that remains is the arms of the angels
Ah-hooo, ah-hooo girl, ah-hooo, ah-hoooo girl
Ah-hooo, ah-hooo girl, ah-hooo, ah-hoooo girl

the chords are all technically correct, but colin doesn't play this with a capo. and theres some picking he does for the intro/verse riff. can u figure that out at all?

your right osiris45 it's not capo'd. It's first off in the Key Of D, and also slightly palm muted. But the verse and the intro are the same, just play around with your pinky finger while in the D position. Around the 4th fret. Try around D and G hammering on, if not that just play with it a little more. As for the A, I think he hammers his finger which is on the D, not positive but it sounds pretty good. All this while slightly palm muted. As for the Chorus he plays G,D,G,D,A,G then goes back into the riff before the verse. I also believe it ends on G or D, I forget which one. Hope all this this helps

This song is crazy simple, why confuse it with a capo.

Its open D then Open A plus a little bluesy vamping
