Pretty good, but it would be easier to play if you utilized the B string. It would look like this:
e|16-16-------------|16-16----------------|
B|------12-12-16----|------17-17-16-16-12-|
G|------------------|---------------------|
D|------------------|---------------------|
A|------------------|---------------------|
E|------------------|---------------------|
That way, you don't have to do those crazy jumps up and down the same string.

chances are that this song is played in drop b...so, even though this intro would work (in theory, i haven't tried it on my guitar yet), theres no way that it would work with the rest of the song...
