This is basically it, listen to the song for the rhythm:

There's a transitory part right before the flute comes in that goes like this

During the flute part, I've found that strumming C and D chords work fine.  
Then it repeats the Am-G progression above.  
You can use very slight Am and G notes under the "I want to be a little seahorse".  
After that, just repeat the main part until the final change.
