My first tab.  I sat down and tried to get it as close as possible.
Get yourself a nice delay effect going, and it should sound just like 
Devin.  The song is set at a smooth 120 BPM.

(You could either strum notes, muting the high D string, or just
fingerpick.  Using a pick sounds a bit stronger, though)
