This is 100% correct and very easy to play. I noticed the only other tab on this song is 
quite
accurate so I decided I'd go ahead and make one. It's really quite simple just listen to 
song for
timing and tune the low E string down to a C.

This is played throughout the entire song.

This should end right before she says "cause I'm never never givin' you up" and let it 
through.
Then pause and start playing the main riff. It's easy to figure out once you listen to it.
