This a very simple version. The recording from 'Live At Gerdes Folk City' is

The way I hear it you need to go back to D-Minor after the A7, that is the key, right? Also something is a little off at the "met little Sadie and I blowed her down part, maybe it should start on C and then go to A-minor.
It does indeed resolve to Dm after the A7. I've spotted the E note over the Dm chord (the "met little sadie" part) but i still think it's a Dm harmony. It is open to interpretation though.
