First, Digitech Whammy Pedal. Set it to octave +2 or if you have a 24 fret guitar, which 
I do not, octave +1 and add 12 to everything.


Second, there is a sample of a guitar with wah playing this chord, over, and over, and 
over and over, and over. I'm pretty sure it only stops for the Break.

There are a zillion remixes for this song and of course the funkadelic jams but I was
