Very good, but might I recomend using an open E for the verse and power chords for the chorus, I think you'll find it sounds better. That's just my opinion though =]

Thanks for the contribution! :)
However, a while ago I saw Drake perform this acoustically and the chords are all "open" (as in, they weren't performed down the neck of the guitar). He also used a lot of hammer-ons during the verses; I'll try and post a tab shortly.
