What a great song! If played on solo guitar, the E should be played at 645 on strings DGB. The rest of the strings are muted. The B7 should be played at 787, the Bsus2 is 967, and the B is 987. The A is 765. Ab should be obvious, and the Absus4 plays the 4th of Ab instead of the 3.
I don't play the Emaj7 listed, I stay on E. And I believe the F#7 you listed in the chorus should just be F#.
That is as far as I've gotten so far. One thing to keep in mind is that there are certain fingerings that will make it easier to play the chords and the chord switches smoothly.
