i watched a video of ace playing this on acoustic and i just look at what he was playing
played what i thought was right so here it is.. this is my first tab and i don't want
do a whole strumming pattern so i put the video here and the chords are down there so
figure it out its not too difficult

You missed a chord... at :18 Seconds its a C chord with his pinky on the 3rd or 4th fret of the E string (I can't tell it goes by way to fast)
