This is a song that I love but I've never seen a convincing tab of online.

Standard tuning EADGBe

CAPO AT 7TH FRET - chords are transposed (i.e. first chord I've named C is strictly a G)

This is a beautiful plaintively strummed song that mostly only uses the middle 4 strings 
the guitar, although

around and during the solo section it sounds like he lets the high e string ring out
