Great tab.....only suggestion is maybe a C9 for the intro and verses....played as a barre chord which would be.....335533....sounds closer to the actual song than a C does...all down to personal taste I guess....still....great tab for a nice song

I'd suggest in the verses playing Fmaj7 instead of F, and adding the bass notes in the choruses:
C - Cmaj7/B - Fmaj7/A - G/B.
In the synth break and outro I'd play the G as a G7.
Just personal preferences.
