Our guilt withdrawn

As You rise, we come alive
G# F# G# F#
The grave has lost, the old is gone

Hope is found, You are here
Our hearts forever sealed
By this love that came for us
Now we are Yours

Your grace never failing

Good chord chart. While it is technically correct as it is, the music theory nerd in me would like the Ab chords to become G# chords
