What you have marked as a B/D is actually a D chord. B/D is a funky, nondiatonic chord in the key of A maj.
Also, the C#/E is wrong. Elevation's chord sheet has it listed as just an E chord there, but on the recording they suspend the third and fifth and do a 6-5 4-3 resolution. It should either be marked Esus E or A/E E.
