The guitars sound a little silly but the bass seems fine :)
Sounds mostly spot on to me. Great job on the solo, though I'm not sure if the sweeping at the end of it is that intense. I say sounds because there is one major flaw in how you've written it up: the song is pretty clearly in 4/4, not 3/4, which is why you've got dotted notes everywhere. I won't deduct any stars for that though as the notes seem to be accurate and if you just listen along with the song (or MIDI) it's no problem. It is quite hard to read though if you don't.
