A|-7--12--10--10------|
E|-8--10--0---10------|

Ellie plays the same chords in this last part,
but she picks the notes of each chord separately,
just listen to this acoustic version and you'll know what I mean by that.
Same chords, and picking pattern should be easy enough to figure out by yourself.

This tab is great. The only things that doesn't seem quite right are the fingerplucking at the intro, and maybe the bridge (it seems to alternate between a minor and e minor).

I put here an alternative version of the intro based on this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5V0NegnNE8

E| ......... .........
B| ..8_..8_. ..0_..0_.
G| ....9...9 ....0...0
D| ..A_..A_. .........
A| 0_...0... ..A_..A_.
E| ......... 0_...0...

Legenda:
A corresponds to 10, B to 11, C to 12, etc..

Ah, also! Maybe the prechorus does this instead?

"..I left my house,.."
E|-----0---0---0-|
B|-1---0---5---5-|
G|-0---0---0---0-| (x2)
D|-2---0---5---0-|
A|-3---2---4---4-|
E|-----3---5---5-|
