Almost - if you were to remove the open D & G notes between the Am & G chords, and remove the open D & A notes before and after the 7th fret harmonic, then it'd be correct.
There's also a section in the solo area that's similar to this, but instead of the harmonics it plays what ianvomsaal's version calls a "G-LICK".
