confusion? well there is no difference between c5 and C5 or A#5 and a#5 as far as the 
and pitch go, its just that when u play them the way i have indicated its easier and more 
e.g. during the verse u hear a distinct sound of fingers being dragged on the strings..
well u'll get that here..
