Verse: Both Guitars

C E7 A/G
I once lived the life of a millionaire
Dm A7 Dm Fig. I
Spent all my money, didn't have any care
F F# C Fig. II A/G
Took all my friends out for a mighty good time
D7 D7/F# G7
We bought bootleg liquor, champagne, and wine

C E7 A/G
Then I began to fall so low
Dm A7 Dm Fig. I
Lost all my good friends, had nowhere to go
F F# C Fig. II A/G
I get my hands on a dollar again
D7 D7/F# G7
I'm gonna hang on to it till that eagle grins

C E7 A/G

instead of just C and A, clapton uses 7s. the solo is perfect and great job on everything else!

p.s. i think it sounds better if you play F#dim instead of just F#. it opens up a lot more possibilities for fooling around with the song because there are so many different ways to play an F#dim so you can play anywhere on the neck you want to.
