The actual rhythm and dynamics you have to figure out yourself by listening the song,
we just tabbed all of the notes we heard.  Guitar 3 starts the song and plays pretty
high notes, while 1 and 2 are the main interacting melodies.

Guitar 1 - repeats throughout the entire song.  (h) = 12th fret harmonic
