This definitely isn't the album version, which is basically F-Bb in the verse, and Bb Dm F in the chorus. This sounds completely wrong.

the chord-changes are on the last two syllables. so try it again...
He probably got the chords from him playing solo live where he seems to always be down a whole step so the chords would be right for that.
