I have a question, if you play a fifth string open with a capo on first doesn't that make it a D# or a Eb, not a D natural. Same goes for all the chords, I mean the chord shapes are right, but in relation to the capo they make no sense.
I believe that the last part goes as follows (tabbed without a capo)

And then the last time rather than ending on the high G end on the Eb.
