how do i play notes 0 and 3 etc. with a capo on the fourth fret?

The Capo is now the new open, or 0 if you will.
So its like taking the nut down to whatever fret you want, and that begins the open string. So if the capo is on the 4th like here, then the 4th fret becomes the open string or 0, and then you go to 1, 2, 3 ect like normal.
