Good job! It sounds pretty accurate, except for a few minor details. I think the verse chords should be muted like...

Everytime it says just to play the top string, you play the other strings too, just mute them.
And the prechorus chords should be like...
And the...
part should be played twice each time through.
Also, the very last chord should be...

I'm not sure about the order and number of times certain sections are played...
