What a perfectly constructed song written by Bob Crewe and Kenny Nolan. It was 
originally recorded by The Four Seasons in early 1974 but released as a Frankie 
Valli solo song and topped the charts in 1975.  Besides the touching subject 
matter, it subliminally keeps our interest by continuously modulating up 1/2 step
