It's a good tab... but i think its clearer if you write it like that:

so "-" is a 16th and "--" would be two 16th= one 8th
and one " |----------------| " consists of sixteen 16th

i know that it must be right... cuz i got a programm, that can read and play that and it sounds exactly like the original
