I've listened to the CD and this is in the correct key.
These chords are the ones used in the piano part and are all played in their
root position from the octave below middle C. The main riff is based around
the Fm pentatonic scale and starts on an Ab, if you understand that! This is
basically a piano/keyboard tab and doesnt work as well on guitar, but try it
anyway!

This is a really accurate tab, but it would have been easier if you had written the chords out as sharps instead of flats. Like instead of Bb put A#. I don't know, for me anyway it's easier to find sharped chords.

The key is E Flat so the chords have to be named Ab, Eb & Bb. (not sharps)
This tab/chord chart is bang on. I jammed this last night on acoustic guitar (accompanied by a lovely piano player and 2 lovely singers) and found the chords sounded fantastic if used in the following voicings.

Fm x 8 10 10 9 8
Bb x 8 8 7 6 6
Ab x 6 6 5 4 4
Eb x 6 8 8 8 x

The intro melody can be played with the Fm chord in this voicing by taking the second and fourth fingers on and off. The last D (first phrase)is in the second chord (Bb).
