As there are so few Gary Numan Tabs out there i've decided to post what
I have transcribed by ear, look out for more coming soon. Comments welcome.

The Intro has no bass, just sweeping synths,
The verses are so easy, you can play with one hand-

yes, thats all it does, add lots of reverb and just listen for
the timing, it happens pretty much just before each line is sung.
The chorus riff, (just listen to get the timing)

Add some fuzz distortion for this part, you can also play it like this
entirely in 1st position but i think the first sounds better if you slide
between the notes and you can use a bass synth pedal to fatten the sound.

there is also a nice interlude i've tabbed for the bass- a good time to
practice your violining skills*
(*using your volume control or volume pedal to make it sound like a violin-
turn the volume all the way down, pick the note then blend the volume up
slowly)

It repeats a few times before the chorus riff kicks back in.
