Great tab; it sounds perfect. The one correction I would make (which isn't really a correction so much as a variation on playing the same arpeggiated chord) is in regard to the Am figure being played throughout the song. Instead of playing it in the open Am position, try it like this:

e|---------0--------------0----------0------|
B|-----0----0---------0-----0--------0------|
G|---5---5----5-----5---5-----5------0------|
D|--------------7---------------7----2------|
A|-0--------------0---------------0--2------|
E|-----------------------------------0------|

It sounds much more smooth and therefore like the record when you play it that way. Additionally, it's still just as easy to get back to the Em: you play the Am with your ring finger on the 7th fret of the D string and your pointer finger on the 5th fret of the G string; and then you just slide down with your ring finger to the Em position, crossing your middle finger onto the A string as you go.
