okay this is really easy and im not 100% sure on a couple things so email me if you
have any suggestions at blahhargy@hotmail.com

and i do relize that its knida wierd to slide from 0 to somthing, but you can put
your finger on the very top of the neck where the strings are attached that way
you can press down as hard as you can and just slide down.
but thats just they way i use.
