My rendition of Dancing Shoes by Green River Ordinance

Chords: (I'll call it Gm7 in the lyrics area)
 G: Em: Cadd9: Gm7sus4: F: C:
E-3-----0-----x--------2-----x-----0--|
A-2-----2-----3--------0-----x-----3--|
D-0-----2-----2--------0-----3-----2--|
G-0-----0-----0--------0-----2-----0--|
B-3-----3-----3--------3-----1-----1--|
e-3-----3-----3--------3-----1-----0--| (I know; I did this upside down but I'm too lazy
to change it haha)

The picking pattern for the odd chords is base note, G string, e string, B string. The
even notes is bass note, D string, and then a little down, down, up strumming pattern on
the higher notes. During the chorus put some emphasis on the bass notes as well,
especially with Gm7sus4.

G Em Cadd9 G
Put on your old black dress, and grab your dancin' shoes
G Em Cadd9 G
Head out to the old Bart Rose and dance away our blues
G Em Cadd9 G
Spent all week waiting and my mind's on you
G Gm7 Em Cadd9 G
Hold my lovin' arms... my lovin' arms are for you yeah-e-ah
G, Em, Cadd9, G (2X)

G Em Cadd9 G
I'm so tired of the 9 to 5 weighing down on my soul
G Em Cadd9

Forget about all the things that we can't make right
G Em Cadd9 G
