The chords throughout the entire song are:
F# Bbm C# F#

Keyboard at beginning just goes up the black keys, listen to rhythm (these are not
chords, they are notes):
F# G# Bb C# D# F# G# Bb C# D# F# G# Bb G# F# G# Bb G# F# G# Bb G# F# (and then back down again)

    F# Bbm
My heart will never feel
            C#
Will never see
            F#
Will never know

     F#
Oh, heart
            Bbm
And then it falls
            C#
And then I fall
            F#
And then I know

     F# Bbm
My heart will never feel
            C#
Will never see
            F#
Will never know

F# Bbm
     Holding on, I
 C# F#
      am a vagabond
F# Bbm
   Its always different
C# F#
I am the one who falls

The lyrics in the bridge are "How will I know, Playing in the deck above, It's always different, I am the one who loves"

Great chords, though, 100% accurate.

Extremely accurate, but I did find it easier to just put a capo on the 1st fret and play the chords F#, Am and C :)
