Adding 3rd on the high E string on the Am and C/A make it sound a little better. Just randomly put your pinky on the 3rd fret, and hit the E and the A string. And it might jsut be me, but the C4 chord seems off, but everything else is 100%

the C/B only sounds wrong if you're hitting all 6 strings, if you only hit the 5 strings for the C chord, it sounds right - actually remarkably right. I didn't realize this song was so easy. But one thing is that it would be really nice if people used the proper chord names to create tabs (I mean the reason you post these is so other guitarists can play the song, too right? Why not make it easy on them? plus more guitarists would know the proper names of the chords if the proper names were always listed) - C/A is Am7 - C/B is a Cmaj9 - this one isn't quite as annoying as some I read where there are two versions of the C chord and instead of saying Cadd9 and Cmaj7 they put C' and C'' - I think if you're going to make tabs it's really courteous to try to use the chords' proper names, because just because you read your own notes and can understand them, does not make it easier on people who can't get in your head. And it's really frustrating to have to continue to go back and look at your finger chart when I should be able to read the proper chord above the proper words and play without hesitation. If more people did this, the hover above the chord names would be correct and make the WHOLE WORLD easier for everyone reading your chords.

That C4 is getting me as well, I've been banging a D in there instead.
