Worthy of Your Esteem – by Hayden

Tabbed by James O-L (http://www.myspace.com/jamesol).
Great tune. Simple. I’m sure I’m missing many subtleties of the song, but these
chords sound aight to me.

All C chords are played with an extra G bass note in them. (Played with your pinky finger.)

Standard tuning in C Major.

Intro Chords:
C Am Em
C Am Em

Verse 1:
C Am Em
Lately you've been so mean, it's guaranteed
C Am Em
Your life's a sweet sixteen at thirty-three
C Am Em
You've had it up to here with both hemispheres
C Am Em
With no one left to revere, you my dear

Chorus:
F C F C
A scientist on TV, said aliens will be
F C G
The big discovery of the Century
F C F C
And you must be very pleased, this finally could mean
F C G
There's someone you can deem, worthy of your esteem La da da da

C Am Em
C Am Em

Verse 2:
C Am Em
I've blamed myself for years, but it appears
C Am Em
There's nothing I could cheer to stop your tears

F C F C
A scientist on TV, said aliens will be
F C G
The big discovery of the Century
F C F C
And you must be very pleased, this finally could mean
F C G
There's someone you can deem, worthy of your esteem

C Am Em (repeat until end)
