First time I've ever submitted a tab, not 100% sure for the pre-chorus, so I'll be 
putting 2 versions up. Feel free to try out both to find the one that sounds best for you, I 
personally prefer the first one, but I can't tell if it goes up an octave for the actual song.

One thing to note..
E, B, C#m-A. <--- Verse/Chorus.

G#m, F#m, E, D#m, C, B. <--- Pre-Chorus.

That's the chord structure for the song. This is what I've based my tab on.

That's pretty much it, it's simple enough to work out the structure, your choice on 
which pre-chorus to play, both work well to me, but I much prefer sticking in the same 
octave, but you pick. :)
