Are you sure this is the correct tuning? I think its Drop D/ 1/2 step down (C# G# C# F# A# D#)

this tab is 100% correct, great job. shawj14, the tuning is called a open tuning. If you hit all the strings it sounds like a chord. 4th string 4th fret and 3rd stg should be the same. 2nd stg is tuned up sounds like 5th, and bring the 1st stg down to the 6th. hope this helps.
