Very nice. Only spot I saw that was off was in the beginning of when the chord changes. Right there you can leave the D string open and just move your middle finger over to the 2nd fret A string. So it would look like this:

It's very small, but if you listen closely to the CD you can hear it. And it actually makes it a little easier to play too.
