There are a few variation but you'll be able to figure them out.
Sometimes in the change from G to C, he walks up to the C like this:

Good tab, can also play it in standard tuning without straining yourself too much.

this is all right.. except im pretty sure the chorus has different chords.. it sounds to me like the chorus should be am c g am c d-- and fingerpicked
