Verse

Gm Fm
Against my will to these sad shores An unknown force has drawn me
Gm Fm
Bound unto a future shaped by ancestors before me
Gm Fm
Day on day I march the beat to someone else's drum
Gm Fm
I have searched far foreign lands there's nowhere left to run

Chorus - Note, not played until after 2nd verse

Gm Fm
Ubi caritas et amor
(Where there is tender care and love)

Gm Fm
Ubi caritas
(Where there is tender care)

Em Fm Gm
Deus ibi est
(God is present)

Notes:
The Em may be out of place, but I like it. I personally don't play the Fm on the first
lines of the verse. I play it on the "day on day" line, and the line after that. Fun
easy song, great for a beginner.
