the only thing i can see wrong right now is that the E# is actually an F because an E# does not exist in music. It goes straight from E to F.
on second thought, it would be called an E# b/c of the way it is structured, but it is easier to play a high F chord
In between the F and D#m there should be a F/E (move the root note back a fret), similarly there should be a A#/A in between A# and Gm.
