I worked out two ways to play this. One with barre chords (more accurate to the 
piano in the song), and one with very basic chords (much easier to play, still 
sounds okay with the lyrics).

Repeat as necessary throughout the song. Try hammering on your index, 
ring and middle fingers to get a similar sound he makes with the piano.
