i just watched a live video and i figured it out playing along. ur rly close but at least on this live recording its capo'ed on the third fret and the chorus also uses that C/G chord form from the verse riff. also after the em she holds her finger on the D string second fret and takes her index finger to F3 (second fret) Low E String. not sure what to call that chord, but she holds that just long enough to say the word "anybody", then goes back to C/G for the word "else", then starts from there with the verse riff above.

at the end of the song, play the verse riff once then instead of picking after the Em, do the F3 chord thing then end on C/G, and you have it!
