This tab is pretty much perfect except for the Am9 chord. I don't know why you think that's Am9 because it would be Asus4 if it weren't relative to the capo. If it were it would be Dsus4.

I really dosent matter, since Am9 and Asus4 are both the exact same chords.
If you know how these chords are (for lack of better word) constructed, you can check and you'll see that both use the exact same notes in them. "Asus2" is just the more populer way to call it.
