Jimmy Eat World - Hear You Me
Tabbed by Dave Antymis
Standard Tuning

These are the chords that I play. Good song for acoustic solo because you don't need
all the other instruments if you play these chords. A few variations on A chords
(I called them A* and A**) and the e and B string can be left open the whole time.

Chords
    E B C#m G#m A A* A**
e|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|
B|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|--0--|
G|--1--|--4--|--6--|--x--|--2--|--6--|--6--|
D|--2--|--4--|--6--|--6--|--2--|--7--|--7--|
A|--2--|--2--|--4--|--6--|--0--|--7--|--0--|
E|--0--|--2--|--4--|--4--|--0--|--5--|--x--|

Keep your hand moving the entire song at a steady pace but don't strum with every hand
move. The song is played in 8/6 time. It sounds good if you play
 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 +
 ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑
but as long as you keep your hand moving it doesn't matter. Listen to the song and
you'll get the idea.

Each | | represents a measure with 6 beats(12 if you're counting 1+2+3...)
Most chords lie on 1st and 4th.

Intro
|E E |E E |E E |E E |B B |B B |
|C#m C#m |C#m G#m |A A |A A |

Verse
|E E |E E |B B |B B |
|C#m C#m |C#m G#m |A A |A A | x2

This is the pattern repeated through all verses and the first instrumental part.

Chorus

|E B |A |E B |A |E B |C#m G#m A*|
|E B |A |

The G#m is pushed on the 3rd beat.

Nice tab, bro. First one I've seen that uses chords that sound like the ones used in the recorded version. Five stars from me.
