I think the first chord, the Bsus4, is easier played a string up with the root note on the 2nd fret on the A-string:

@maitin: that's also correct but it's sounds better the other way around when palm muting and that's actually how joe satriani play. the riff that you're using can used by beginners or people with small hands.
This video wasn't too helpful, and the vibrato was hopeless.
