(There's actually a function so that the grace note comes ON the beat instead of before, you can choose that in the Grace Note Menu. :)

Thanks so much for posting! There is just one thing: The bending on the 6th string 8th fret is too high. You don't really need bending that at all. I tried it, and it sounds just fine.

remember: the intro abient strumming is achieved by strumming REALLY close to bridge.
